Scattered Site Housing

In May of 1994, the HABC applied and was awarded $2.2 million in funding under the Public Housing Program from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for the acquisition of 30 single-family dwellings located throughout the County of Bexar. These dwellings consist of 3 and 4 bedrooms. Rents are based on 30% of the family’s monthly-adjusted income.

Since initial move-in, the agency has maintained 100%  occupancy.

THE WAITING LIST FOR THE SCATTERED SITE PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY OPEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT OUR OFFICES ON 1017 N. MAIN, SUITE 201, SAN ANTONIO, TX  78212 ON WEDNESDAYS, FROM 8:00 A.M. -  5:00 P.M.
